User: User: In the context of this Agreement, the term “User” refers to any person who accesses the Site, whether or not they have registered with AKVMRealty.com or are using AKVMRealty.com's paid services. A User includes both the individual using this Site and any legal entity represented by such individual under actual or apparent authority.
If services are used improperly by any individual, he/she will be regarded as an “unauthorized user” as provided by this agreement, in particular regarding compliance with intellectual property rights as well as adherence to licensing requirements.

If such conflict cannot be resolved, the provisions of the terms and conditions governing the specific Paid Service shall prevail.
